An intimate, thoughtfully designed space in Tyrone created to support calm, presence, and connection.
This gentle Yoga class creates space to connect with the body, calm the mind, and cultivate presence, making it well suited for beginners, stress relief, and anyone seeking a grounding, intentional yoga experience.

Hi, I’m Camila, founder of Even Minded. Since 2009, my work has led me to guide breath-led mind–body practices across schools, studios, nonprofits, and corporate settings.
With a trauma-informed, accessible approach, I support people of all ages in building steadiness through breath, attention, and mindful movement—so they can feel calmer, more grounded, and more at ease in daily life.
