JUST FOR YOU

Sometimes what you need isn't a class — it's a session built around you.

Private sessions are a one-on-one experience designed around your intentions, your pace, and where you are right now. Whether you're drawn to mindful movement, meditation, or simply want a calmer way to navigate daily life, we'll shape the practice to fit you.

Available in person at the Even Minded Room, in your home, or online.

A cozy yoga or meditation space featuring two pink yoga mats with round plush cushions on a patterned circular rug, soft lighting, wall art, pillows, a side table with an orchid plant, and sheer curtains.

Meet Camila

Hi, I’m Camila, founder of Even Minded. Since 2009, my work has led me to guide breath-led mind–body practices across schools, studios, nonprofits, and corporate settings.

With a trauma-informed, accessible approach, I support people of all ages in building steadiness through breath, attention, and mindful movement—so they can feel calmer, more grounded, and more at ease in daily life.

“Mindfulness is paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally.”

— JON KABAT-ZINN
