No fixing. No performing. Just space to return to yourself.

What we offer

Mindful Yoga classes in the Even Minded Room are slow, supportive, and intentionally paced. Each class offers gentle movement, breath awareness, and guided rest to help calm the nervous system and reconnect with the body.

These classes are especially supportive for:

  • beginners

  • women experiencing stress or overwhelm

  • anyone seeking grounding rather than intensity
