For Organizations & Corporate Teams
Your people are your most valuable resource.
Help them show up fully.
Even Minded brings intentional mind-body experiences into the workplace — designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and build the kind of inner steadiness that makes teams more resilient, more present, and more effective.
The Real Cost of Burnout
Burnout isn't a personal failure — it's a systemic one. When your team is running on empty, the impact shows up everywhere: in communication breakdowns, in decision fatigue, in turnover rates, in the quiet disengagement that's hard to name but impossible to ignore.
The research is clear. Organizations that invest in employee wellbeing see measurable returns — in productivity, in retention, and in culture. But not all wellness offerings land the same way.
Real change happens when the practices meet people where they actually are. That takes someone who understands both the demands of a professional environment and the science behind how the mind and body respond to stress. That's where I come in.
Ways to work together
One-Time Workshops
A focused session designed around your team's specific needs — whether that's stress management, breath-based focus techniques, or a reset after a season of heavy demands. Perfect as a standalone event or as part of a larger wellness initiative.
Ideal for: team offsites, end-of-quarter resets, Mental Health Awareness Month, onboarding programs
Multi-Week Programs
Deeper change takes time and repetition. Multi-week programs guide your team through a progressive experience — building skills week by week so that the practices become tools they actually use, not just concepts they heard once in a lunch and learn.
Typical formats: 4–6 weeks | in-person, hybrid, or virtual | customized to your team size and schedule
Ongoing Sessions
Monthly or quarterly sessions keep the momentum going. For organizations serious about culture, this is how you make wellbeing part of how your team actually operates — not just a one-time event.
Ideal for: HR-led wellness programs, leadership development tracks, or as a recurring team touchstone
Why Even Minded
My path to this work has been anything but linear — and I think that's what makes it meaningful.
Before I became a mind-body teacher, I spent years inside organizations — managing projects, coordinating teams, navigating deadlines and the kind of pressure that's just part of professional life. I understand that world from the inside. And for over 15 years, I've also been studying and teaching practices that help people come back to themselves when that pressure gets to be too much.
I've seen these practices change how people move through their days — not in a dramatic way, but in the quiet, steady way that actually matters. That's what I want to offer your team. Not a performance of wellness, but something real.
